At the front of the house, the formal reception room is defined by its generous proportions and restored original features, including the fireplace and lofty ceilings. A sliding door connects the space to the kitchen and hallway, allowing flexibility between formal and informal use. Thoughtfully curated furnishings and vintage pieces introduce character and a sense of ease.

The kitchen is positioned to make the most of uninterrupted views across the Common, centred around a large picture window and a cosy dining nook. Crafted in solid oak and topped with Calacatta Gold marble, the space combines durability with understated luxury. Bamboo blinds and textured finishes soften the architecture, while double doors open directly onto the terrace, blurring the boundary between inside and out.

Throughout the house, original elements sit comfortably alongside new interventions. In the entrance hall, bespoke panelling and stained-glass detailing complement the restored staircase, setting the tone for the layered approach taken throughout.

The bedroom is calm and cocooning, furnished with bespoke and vintage pieces, while the en-suite bathroom pairs Calacatta marble with Clayworks plaster for a refined yet tactile finish. Upper floors accommodate children’s bedrooms, a family bathroom and guest accommodation. Wide V-groove panelling wraps the rooms, forming intimate window seats and alcoves that encourage both play and retreat.

Designed for everyday family life and entertaining, the space includes a generous seating area anchored by a bespoke sofa, a custom bar with Verde marble, and integrated joinery housing a workspace, TV and informal dining area. A bespoke boot room completes the level, combining generous storage with a softly upholstered bench seat for daily practicality.
